This Privacy Policy explains how The Foundation for World Harmony (“we”, “us”), a nonprofit organization based in the United States (501(c)(3)), collects and uses personal information on Monaco Is Fantastic (monacoisfantastic.org). We serve visitors all over the world, so we try to follow the strongest common privacy principles, including those of the EU/UK GDPR and California privacy law.

1. Information we collect

We do not currently use advertising trackers or analytics tools. If we add analytics later we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Legal bases (EEA, UK and similar laws)

Where those laws apply, we rely on your consent (for example, when you submit a form and tick the consent box), our legitimate interests in operating and securing our sites and charitable programs, and, where needed, compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

4. Who we share information with

Only as needed to run the sites and our programs: web hosting and email providers; payment services such as PayPal when you choose to donate or pay (we do not see or store your full card number); volunteers and program partners who help us respond to you; and authorities when required by law. Some pages include content from third parties (for example YouTube, Vimeo or Google Translate); those providers may receive technical data such as your IP address when the content loads.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the site you understand your information may be transferred outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

6. How long we keep information

We keep form submissions only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize them. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. California residents may also request to know, delete or correct their information and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” (we do neither). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email drfantastic@thefoundationforworldharmony.org. We may need to verify your identity first.

8. Children

Our sites are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that age). We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS and access-protected storage for form submissions. No online service can be completely secure.

10. Links to other sites

Our sites link to other websites and apps (for example WhatsApp groups, PayPal and partner organizations). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
